How long does it take to print my order?
All items are 3D printed to order. Most models ship within 3–7 business days, but multi‑color upgrades or larger prints may require additional time.
Are your models articulated?
Many models feature articulation. Some are fully articulated, while others (such as Candy Corn Pals) have partial articulation like movable legs. Each product page specifies articulation clearly.
Can I request custom colors?
Yes. We offer solid PLA, dual‑color silk, tri‑color silk, and a 4‑color multi‑color upgrade. You can select your options or leave a note at checkout.
Do you offer custom prints or commissions?
Yes — submit your idea through our Contact page and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

What is the Multi‑Color Upgrade?
This upgrade allows you to choose up to four filament colors for a premium multi‑tone build.
What is the Glow/Colored Eyes Add‑On?
Some models support optional glow‑in‑the‑dark or colored eyes for added expression and display presence.
What is the Premium Upgrade Package?
This package includes enhanced color selection, upgraded materials, and additional finishing attention for the most polished final result.
Materials & Quality
What material do you use?
All models are printed in high‑quality PLA, a durable, eco‑friendly bioplastic ideal for display pieces.
Why do some prints have visible lines?
Layer lines are a natural part of 3D printing. We optimize settings for smoothness and detail, but some texture is normal.
Are these toys?
Our prints are collectible display models, not toys. Articulated figures are not designed for rough play.
Shipping & Policies
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
What is your return policy?
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
Once shipped, delivery times are controlled by the carrier. If your package is delayed or lost, reach out and we’ll help guide next steps.
Care & Handling
How do I care for my 3D printed model?
Keep your model away from heat, direct sunlight, and moisture. PLA can warp under extreme conditions.
Can I clean my model?
Yes — gently dust with a soft cloth or use compressed air. Avoid chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
