🧾 Return Policy for 3D Printed Items

 

Eligibility

 

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

 

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition.

 

Because 3D printed products are often made-to-order, custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or incorrect.

 

Defects or Errors

 

If your item arrives broken, warped, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

 

Please provide photos of the issue so we can quickly verify and resolve it.

 

In these cases, we will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

We’ll respond within 2 business days with instructions.

 

Once the item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

 

Shipping

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return.

 

Exceptions

 

Custom designs, prototypes, or personalized prints are non-refundable unless defective.

 

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
